What Do We Do?

The Internal Affairs Committee focuses on enhancing the membership experience and curating strategies and initiatives to support overall BITS engagement. The team manages recruitment, optimizes internal processes, and ensures effective internal member engagement. With visionary planning, the team works diligently behind the scenes to improve BITS’ functions and membership satisfaction.

We host Speaker Series with Rutgers alumni and industry professionals, and a vast variety of events in partnership with companies to connect students to professionals. Network with our corporate partners at professional development events, corporate mixers, and case competitions.
